‘A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life’
A place to slow down, to recalibrate, to return to what feels essential.
HOUSE
Villa Gata spans 300 square metres, shaped with a generous sense of space. Its solid concrete structure keeps the interiors naturally cool, while light moves easily through the rooms.
The front door opens into an open-plan living and kitchen area that flows onto the terrace. Off-white tones, large windows and French doors bring in the sea and sky, creating an airy, calm atmosphere.
At the rear of this level are a guest WC, the staircase, and a fourth bedroom with four single beds and its own shower room — a flexible space for children, friends or longer stays.
Upstairs, three bedrooms open from a central corridor. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds and sea views, while the master bedroom opens onto a panoramic terrace overlooking the horizon.
The house feels open, light-filled and quietly cool.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is designed with care: Bora induction, a Miele oven, a Liebherr refrigerator. It’s an open space for quiet rituals.
Coffee in the morning, dinners that stay on the table longer than expected, the slow gathering of the day.
A separate utility room holds a Miele washer and dryer, a freezer and a wine fridge. Everything is kept in place, with an easy sense of order.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The house unfolds into four bedrooms, each shaped by a sense of calm and slow generosity. Three face the sea, drawing in light and horizon, while the fourth sits slightly deeper within the house, offering a more private, inward rhythm.
The master bedroom holds a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, where the Aegean becomes part of the view. Two further bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, share a spacious bathroom, while the fourth — with four single beds and its own bathroom — adapts easily to children, friends or long, unhurried stays.
Light moves through the rooms in a way that feels natural and unforced.
